What happens if my flight is delayed?

We automatically monitor your flight in real time. As soon as your arrival time changes, we adjust your chauffeur's pickup time accordingly. The first 45 minutes of waiting time after the scheduled landing are free. You do not need to inform us – the service runs in the background.
Where do I meet my chauffeur at the airport?

Your chauffeur will meet you personally in the arrivals hall with a name sign – discreet but unmissable. For VIP bookings, a gate pickup is also possible (additional fee for airport service). You will receive your chauffeur's location and mobile number by SMS before landing.
Which vehicles are available?

All our vehicles are available for airport transfers: Mercedes S-Class and E-Class for up to 3 passengers, V-Class for up to 7, Range Rover SVR for 3. On request with 48 or 72 hours' notice: Mercedes-Maybach, VIP Sprinter and Rolls-Royce.
How can I pay?

Online payment is securely processed via Stripe after booking confirmation. Accepted methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, PayPal and TWINT.
