How does pickup at the hotel work?

Your chauffeur arrives in good time and checks in at reception under your name. You are informed from there and step in directly at the driveway – no waiting outside and no attention drawn. On request we also wait at a quieter side entrance.

Do you offer multiple transfers during my stay?

Yes, many of our hotel guests book a chauffeur for their entire stay – hourly or with fixed daily tours. We recommend hourly booking from 2 hours including 20 km per hour.

Do you also drive to hotels outside Zurich?

Of course. We drive to all hotels throughout Switzerland – Bürgenstock, Gstaad, St. Moritz or international. For longer distances you automatically benefit from our tiered pricing with lower rates per kilometer.

What does a transfer from Zurich Airport to the hotel cost?

For city hotels in Zurich the price ranges between CHF 130 and CHF 150 for the Mercedes S-Class one-way – from CHF 130 to the Park Hyatt and Storchen, from CHF 140 to the Baur au Lac and Widder Hotel, from CHF 150 to the Dolder Grand. You see the exact price immediately when booking online.

Can you take me back to the airport at the end of my stay?

Of course. The return trip can be reserved directly when booking. If it takes place on the same day, the return leg is reduced by 30 percent. Your chauffeur picks you up directly at the hotel driveway.
