When should I book for WEF?

We recommend booking for WEF week as early as possible – ideally six to eight months in advance. Demand vastly exceeds supply every year, and short-notice reservations are often only available in higher price categories. Week packages offer the best value.
Are armored vehicles available?

Yes, for high-security mandates we organize armored vehicles and escort with trained personnel on request. These bookings require individual coordination, a minimum lead time of 14 days, and are only available after identity verification. Contact us directly for detailed information.
Do you offer wedding packages?

Yes, we tailor wedding bookings individually. Typical packages include bridal car (Maybach or S-Class), guest shuttle (V-Class or Sprinter), and on request floral decoration and special wishes. We are happy to advise you in a preliminary discussion about the planned schedule, timing and desired staging.
How many vehicles can be booked at once?

Beyond our own fleet (S-Class, V-Class, E-Class, Range Rover SVR) we work with a network of premium partners in Switzerland and Europe. This allows us to coordinate large events with ten, twenty or more vehicles – always at the same premium standard.
Do you also drive back from Davos to Zurich?

Yes. Outbound and return can be booked together, and for delegations we cover the entire week on request, including all local journeys in Davos. For multi-day mandates the same chauffeur stays with you throughout.
